Performance Alignment Solution (PAS)

Landmark Decisions offers public sector Departments and Agencies a means to coordinate their focus on Performance through the use of its Performance Alignment Solution (PAS). Founded on the principles of good performance planning (i.e. Logic Models), the solution integrates the performance requirements of Planning, Risk Management, Project Management and Resources Management together with quantitative and qualitative performance information into a holistic performance delivery model as shown in Figure 1.

In addition to helping clients develop and/or align their performance content, Landmark encourages the use of enabling dashboarding and scorecarding technology to help organizations visualize the various aspects of their performance planning process and engage all levels of management in the performance process. By understanding a clients’ current IT infrastructure, Landmark can assist clients in utilizing PM software that leverages their existing technology investment and/or data structures.
